I am a local Girl & proud to be Cornish, I’ve lived in & around Holsworthy for most of my life. 
 
I have worked with Colin at the wag pad since 2017, starting as a Kennel assistant &  
 
in 2019 moving into a role of Helping Colin Manage the Kennel. I have a level 3 
 
qualification in Canine Welfare, Care & Behaviour along with a level 2 in First Aid for Dogs 
 
which is renewed every 2 Years to keep up to date. We have a great team at 
 
The Wag Pad, every day & indeed every Dog is different & treated as such, we take pride 
 
in the individual care we give. The dogs Welfare has always been our Priority

I was Born & grew up in Bideford until joining the British Army back in 1983 so 
I have completed my full Military Career of 22 Years, On leaving the Military I became  
a Security Consultant and have how stopped working overseas after 15 Years on the 
Security Circuit. I purchased the Boarding Kennels in 2014 and continue to gain 
knowledge on Dog Health & Welfare over the Years, am also very lucky to have a  
great team working with me like my Partner Sarah who helps Manage the  
Boarding Kennels and our 2 main Staff members, Vicky & Charlotte who are both 
very good with the Dogs. Our priority will always be the Health & Welfare of all our 
Boarders and to help them settle into our Kennel Environment.

Hello, I'm Charlotte, part of the dedicated team at The Wag Pad since 2023 
 
& live locally, I have always worked within the Animal Industry & hold qualifications 
 
in Animal Management Extended Diploma level 3, Principles of Animal Nutrition, Animal Management 
 
& Rehabilitation, Animal Handling & Safe Working, Animal Welfare & Breed  
 
Development & Canine First Aid Level 2. I share my life with a charming corgi 
 
named Maggie and juggle my time as a proud owner of an online bakery business.
