From the mini roundabout exit Holsworthy north on the A388 towards Bideford.
Take the first left signposted to the Hospital.
Immediately turn Right in to Dobles Lane.
Go past the Hospital on your right and the Industrial Estate on your left.
The Wag Pad is the first property on the left after the Industrial Estate.
